The first of, I hope, several caches placed in the area where I spent most of my childhood days and where I now regularly walk my dogs.
This cache is placed on a footpath that leads from Canley to Westwood Heath and beyond. Before the business park was built this was farm land and the school site and playing field’s public land. The path used to run along what is now the overgrown patch next to the school fence.
Access from the business park is easy and it may be possible to get to ground zero by wheelchair, however the hide is not. From Charter Avenue you will need to walk through the woodland and approach along a muddy path so outdoor footwear will be needed.
