Geocache Description:

The final event at Bicton College, a chance to say farewell to all your new Geocaching friends while enjoying a 'bun and brew'.


Where: The big marquee at the centre of the Mega campsite

When: From 11am to 1pm on Monday 7th August

Why: Eat cake and enjoy a final cuppa before starting your journey home, thank the Devon Mega committee, discuss the highlights of your week with all the Geocachers you have met over the past few days.

Optional costs: Devon Mega merchandise will be on sale but there is no obligation to purchase anything.

What to bring: A mug and a chair. We will provide snacks, tea, coffee and sugar, you only need to bring something to sit on and something to drink from.


FAQ

Q: Can I attend even if I am not camping?
A: Yes, all geocachers are welcome to attend irrespective of whether they are staying on site or taking part in other events

Q: Can I attend without having tea and cake?
A: Yes you are not required to partake in refreshments!

Q: Can I just turn up on the day?
A: This may be possible but we make no guarantees there will be enough food and drink. We will use the 'Will attend' logs to give us an estimate of how many we will be catering for.

Q: Will there be parking available for those who are not staying on site?
A: Yes, visitor parking will be available for a suggested donation of £1 per car.
