Geocache Description:

A great little trail / park at the Estates Reservoir. Not far from Montclair Village. Plenty of street parking and easily accessible.

Estates Reservoir was originally a basin built in 1903 to catch local runoff. In 1938 EBMUD repurposed it for drinking water, and in 1960 it was covered with a roof, designed by landscape architect Robert Royston. The reservoir was recently renovated in 2014. Cache has around 10 trade-ables to start. Congrats to Fungjones for the FTF!
