Kil'n Time Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Balayang: I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, HelenCapon, requesting additional time.

An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Geocache Description:

A visit to a northern suburbs historic site with kil'n view and a kiln view.

The Cooper Lime Kilns were part of a thriving family business in the start and middle of the 1900's. Western Australian notable Albert Facey author of A Fortunate Life once worked here. This is the lower, and in my opinion, the more popular kiln as it is accessible from the park and so sees more passing traffic then the higher eastern kiln which is accessed off the corner of Fairport and Baton Rouge Drives.
