#3 Rectory Wood Gruffalo Trail - Scrambled Snake Traditional Cache
TheQuollandBandicoot: The Forest of Marston Vale is still to come back to me on approving the new location for this cache. However, it will be a new cache as its over the maximum distance that can be moved - so I will archive this one. I hope this was fun for people until it was disappointingly destroyed. Thanks to the people of Cranfield for thier support, and enjoy the Rectory Woods!

On went the mouse through the deep dark wood. A snake saw the mouse, and the mouse looked good..... "Where are you going to, little brown mouse? Come for a feast in my logpile house."
The Gruffalo is our families favourite story, written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler. Its rhyme and repetition, along with a twist, make it a brilliant, award winning children's' novel that can be read over and over and still put a smile on your face. This cache series follows the mouse, the Gruffalo and the Gruffalo's child through their adventures in the woods.

This a new series. Please remember to take note of the code on the log book as you will need it to find the final cache! To walk the whole circuit (once they're all in place) at once will likely take at least an hour at medium pace, with hills included.
It might help if you have tweezers on this one, although I've tried to avoid the need.
Data coverage in Rectory Wood can be very sketchy - please have your maps and Geocache info downloaded beforehand.
Dogs are welcome throughout Rectory Wood, but please keep them on a lead and clean up after them (my kids shoes seem to be unmistakenly attracted to mess).
Many thanks to the Forest of Marston Vale for allowing me to hide this series.
