Crabtree Park is a small recreational area on the outskirts of Camberley, hemmed in between the railway line and residential roads. It provides a useful area for dog walkers or, for the more energetic, a trim trail and skate park. This multi is on the less energetic side of the spectrum, and will take you on a gentle and short stroll around the area. Our thanks to The Greenspace Team at Surrey Heath Borough Council for their permission to place this cache.
At the published co-ordinates you will be able to park, it is a paying car park, but it is free for 30 minutes, which should be sufficient time to complete this multi. You will see a sign at the entrance, up to 8 hours costs £4.A0.
Now walk to N 51 19.419 W 000 45.479, where you will find a park bench. B is the number of slats/planks on the seat, plus the number of slats/planks that form the backrest. C is the number of slats/planks on the seat, plus the number of slats/planks that form the backrest, plus the number of vertical supports. D is the number of slats/planks on the seat.
A short stroll will take you to a shelter at N 51 19.478 W 000 45.554, which could be useful if it is raining. However, you will need to duck out from under the shelter to observe the number of bolts securing each curved black end panel, which is 1E.
If you now walk on to N 51 19.417 W 000 45.634, you will see a sign , where on the bottom left there is a telephone number, consisting of a 5 digit code and a 6 digit 'phone number. F is the 3rd digit of the 6 digit 'phone number, and G is the 4th digit of the code, plus the 4th digit of the 'phone number.
The checksum for A to G is 43.
