Mountian View Traditional Cache

Mackenzie has so much to offer for the young and old. "Mackenzie Parks" is a series of caches that will take you to most of the parks in Mackenzie, from playgrounds to hiking trails Mackenzie has a lot to offer. 

This is the location of the first elementary school in Mackenzie. Mountain View Elementary School.

There are so many recreational activities in town, take a hike around the beautiful Gantahaz Lake trail and mark all 14 caches there as a smile. or try your hand at the Morfee Mountain caches. for a bigger challenge, do them at night!!

Built in the 60's this school was used as the elementary school in Mackenzie for about 30 years, it was demolished around 2009. though this school no longer stands in this location, the area is still vacant and there is a large field great for running your dog in its place.
