Bike/Walk/Run 20th #2 Traditional Cache

This is the second in a series of geocaches aimed to get you out and about.

Odd numbers of this series are on the North side of 20th St., while Even numbers are on the South side of 20th St.

As the name implies this area is great for getting out and exercising, although for those inclined you can also drive by and grab this series. There are several places this one could be here, can you narrow it down? You may need a TOTT to get this log out.
