I finally found time to place an ammo can that I received as a prize some time ago.
In recent years Mactaquac Park has held an Easter Egg hunt for young children. I can't recall it being held when my own children were young - but that was a long time ago as my boys are 32 and 28! At any rate I thought it would be fun to place a kid friendly cache in the area to entice young families to a new challenge. The container should be an easy find - it is less than 10 metres off a snowmobile trail that starts off highway 105 across from the turnoff to Scotch Lake. You can park at the gas station/convenience store/Agency store at the corner.
Initial cache contents includes a FTF prize - a coupon for a Forager's Feast product!
