First and foremost... I want to thank the employees and volunteers of the Upshur County Public Library. They allowed me to place this cache here and daily serve the community by providing access to movies books and Internet access . This cache is a 2 part multistage geocache.Stage one allows you to find stage two.DO NOT ATTEMPT this cache outside of normal business hours. This is at the the public library.Therefore subject to the normal business hours and the rules of the library.
As with all of my caches I want to help bring attention to places in Upshur County people pass every day and don't think twice about. What better place to learn about the history of Upshur County than at the Upshur County Public Library!This cache in both stages contains the print out from geocaching.Com stage two contains a log book and pen.Special thanks go to: Karen,Bobbi,Ryan,and Ralph thanks for helping to make this cache possible.DO NOT ATTEMPT this cache outside of normal business hours. This is at the the public library.Therefore subject to the normal business hours and the rules of the library.You do not need to have the staff help you find this cache.Do not attempt to remove stage two from the area it is located in. As of the time of the posting of this geocache the hours are as follows. Monday 10am-8pm ,Tuesday 10am-5pm,Wednesday 10am-5pm ,Thursday 10-8pm Friday 10-5pm,Saturday 10-2pm closed Sundays and all holidays.Subject to change at any time. I take pride in the fact that all of my caches are free for all to find,and this was a fact that all of us involved in setting the cache agreed on. In fact the staff of the library wanted me to mention that they have a geocaching kit available to check out. It has inforation about geocaching, how to guides,and even a starter unit GPS device.
