In celebration of the Chinese New Year on 28 Jan 2017, this short Mystery cache will take you from the Chinese Cultural Center to a nearby location with easy hints to assertain GZ coords and a container. Total walk by direct route is about 1800ft (1/3 mile).

You'll start your GZ hunt at a place with several shops and restaurants as well as a center stage that often holds events and dances. Park on top floor for posted coords. (vehicles CANNOT be on top floor after 5:30pm so park lower and walk up if you come after this. Check out some stores and definitely the donut shop at the Beretania St side and Maunakea St. See cache pics. Then make your way to Stage 2 and then to Stage 3 at GZ.
Stage 1 is at posted coords. Stage 2 coords are in Stage 1 cache. As you make your way to Stage 2, maybe stop and reference some Zodiac symbols/charts. Cough Look around the place and what is all there. You can buy food, jewelry, trinkets....get acupuncture if you like as well and more. At stage two you will see a local Japanese "business". This "business is open from 8-4:30 daily but it needn't be open for this cache but I recommend experiencing it from inside. Outside the fence and only feet left of the front entrance you will see something from Hiroshima. Read further for clues to final GZ: You are given 21 18.XXX and 157 51.XXX You need to solve for last 3 coords. You just left the cultural center and should feel inspired to tap into your Zodiac sign and your math skills are on point....Let's see. For your last 3 "N" digits...you're standing in front of Stage 2 and at something hinted at previously, what is the specific year stamped on the item...subtract 1 and this will give you your first two digits. (19??). For your last digit, find the Zodiac sign for my birthday and the same year that Elvis Presley died. How many letters are in the name of the Zodiac symbol? This is your last digit and your full "N" 21 18.XXX coord. For your "W" coords: what is the square root of 403,225? This 3 digit answer is your last 3 digits in your 157 51.XXX coord. Put it all together and head to GZ. Simple enough but good luck Congrats to Skotlee for FTF
