If you're interested in historical modes of transportation, this cache is for you. I don't know how long "it's" been sitting here, but it's just waiting to be discovered...again. During the dry season you may be able drive your vehicle to within a stone's throw of "it". Really, "it's" only remaining purpose is to serve as a hiding place for this big geocache.
