Welcome to the epicentre of Poppleton! It all happens here. Stick around for a while and you'll see!
Noting the distinct lack of geocaches in the vicinity, I decided to place an initial three, spread across the village. This is number two, one of the ubiquitous magnetic nanocache types and it is positioned in full view of the passing public (if you know where to look!)....and there are plenty of them around because this is where it all happens in Poppleton. Close by is the village superstore (?) with ample parking adjacent. There are two pubs within shouting distance of each other and a couple of churches too. The doctors' surgery is just across the road, the number 10 bus to town stops just metres away every half hour during the day and there are houses nearby too. So, take your time, look relaxed and part of the (mainly geriatric) scene...and for goodness sake, don't get muggled -these things are expensive to replace you know (I am Yorkshire born and bred after all!). You will need to bring a pen and probably a pair of tweezers for the first few visits. Please replace exactly where you found it....it's there for a reason.
