Just like the Flying Dutchman
Sails lonely o’er the seas,
This peak’s now forgotten
And only tops of trees.
Girdled by small business,
Her slopes are hardly seen,
But above these hubs of industry,
Still fly her sails of green.
First, how to scale her lofty heights?
Itself no easy task.
Then once on top, to seize her prize
The corvids you must ask.
Hidden there ‘tween masts and spars,
A dozen eyes will gauge you.
As you, dauntless, launch your grapple,
To fin'ly mark this cache through.
(a) We were tempted to provide a waypoint for the easiest access to the hilltop, but decided that should be a part of the challenge. If you think the route you first try looks too risky, look elsewhere; there are easier ways. Also, this is a cache where TOTT are essential. More than one trip may be necessary to ensure you're properly equipped.
(b) Feel free to post photos of yourselves and the view from the top, but, please, no photos of the cache or its hiding place.
(c) The views from here are worth the climb, but it could definitely use some CITO help. If you could bring something down with you, we would appreciate it.
(d) Finally, we'd like your opinion on whether we have properly rated this hide. Please include in your log how you would rate this geocache for difficulty and terrain. Thanks. RocknLee
