Waimano Ridge 7 Traditional Cache

This cache is on the Waimano Ridge Trail that starts at the end of Waimano Home Road in Pearl City. This is a nice hike, as far as ridge hikes go. Yes, its long and it is a ridge hike but its well-traveled, clearly marked all the way up, has no hard rope sections (the ones there are not really needed) and no boulders of cliffs to climb over.  However, it can still be dangerous, be careful!

November 2005, CRider placed three caches on the upper part of the trail and asked the question, “Let’s see, would anyone in their right mind walk 15 miles round trip to find a geocache? Not likely, so what if I hid three along the trail. Would you go then?”  Our answer, probably not.  So we’ll up the challenge - if there were a dozen or so more caches, would you go then? Let’s watch the logs and see if this brings people to this ridge hike.
