If you were a Canley kid in the 60's this is where we would gather to play. There was a big, long, rope swing tied to one tree and another tree with multiple forks, the braver you were the higher you went. It was also a starting point for hide and seek, Cowboys and Indians, and many other childhood/ teenage activities before the arrival of computers.
Before the business park the area was all farmland with the farm house about where the Networkrail building now stands on Westwood heath road.
Parking is available on the side roads of the nearby housing estate
The area is now my regular dog walking route.
