I happened to stumble across this observation deck yesterday when I went to this area to fly my Drone in the nearby soccer fields. The city sure is building up Gateway Park. Have you noticed all the construction on the other side of Beach St. I have heard they are building a new indoor soccer field.
The cache container is magnetic and is directly underneath the sign on the deck...
