Good Spots for Those Who Wait - Redux Traditional Cache

Easy find on a public beach, minor climbing involved - be careful could be icy in winter!  Street parking in area but not easy.

This is a redux of a very difficult cache that was hard to maintain due to the proximity to the water.  I have picked a lot easier location for this new version, so hopefully it will be easier to maintain and find!  Here is the original description:

There was a cache in this park by Slainte! that I tried to find one morning. I DNF-ed it and asked a friend for a hint and tried again. Found the fishing line that the cache was tied to, but no cache. So Slainte! disabled it with a note that he would replace it come spring. So I waited and kept an eye on the listing. Finally, spring arrived and it was still disabled, so I sent him a note asking if he was still going to replace the cache. To sum up the rest of the story he archived the cache so I could have the spot. So, a big shout out to Slainte! for his willingness to archive his cache in this park!!
This park has lots to offer including tennis courts, a beach with nice rocks and a cement break-wall area where people like to fish. So beware of muggles (even on a gray cold day when I placed it there was a bunch of people walking their dogs) and there is a lifeguard posted here in the summer!
