Geocache Description:

There is nothing at the posted coordinates. Once you solve the puzzle, you will have the numbers necessary to assemble the coordinates that will lead you to a small pill bottle with just a log. No need to remove the cache. Just push and twist the top to open.

Caching is an activity best done with friends and I've found many a cache with Celtic Fleur de Lis. He loves caching, math and puzzles, so this one should be right up his alley. I think it should also have broad appeal. This puzzle is about RCR and CFdL caching in the Hammer.

Solve the puzzle below for the coordinates.

       RCR

+    CFDL

+ CACHE

+    TFTC

HAMMER

Yes. That is a math equation. You just need to figure out the numbers that make it 'true'. Each letter has a unique value that has nothing to do with its order in the alphabet. There is only one solution. Once you solve that equation use the value of each letter to assemble the coordinates for the final as shown below. The brackets do not mean multiplication - they are just there to separate the letters. Assume N43 & W079

NORTH: H (T-R). M (A+D) F

WEST:   (C-T) (L-E). (T+H) (F-R) (D+H)

congrats to foam follower on the FTF
