This is a simple Park and grab. You can't reach it from you're vehicle anymore due to the cache having to be moved so you will out of your car and look a little bit.
Another cache where timing just might be your friend. Possibly a high muggle area if your time of day or week is off. Please be extra respectful of the area. Other than that it's a pretty standard winter friendly P&G.
Please replace so that it is concealed to prevent accidental finding by muggles.
