Geocache Description:

You may find members of our resident deer families while you walk to this cache.  The park's interior trails are full of food and shelter, supporting a healthy herd of dear deer.

Peebles Island any time of the year is a beautiful place! Seven caches have been placed here this winter for your cold weather enjoyment. These winter friendly caches will only be out until the beginning of May when we get ready to launch the 6th annual 2017 NYS Parks Saratoga Capital District Region Geocache Challenge. Details available on Peebles Island State Park website.  These caches are placed in addition to the Winter 33 series placed in Moreau Lake, Grafton Lakes, and Schodack Island State Parks.
