This is a Play Anywhere Wherigo - do not go to the given co-ordinates
There is talk of a parallel world where a group of geocaching frogs are trying to organise an AmphibiMega. You may be able to help them out.
This Wherigo is a simple Play Anywhere game, in which you will have a talk with the frogs that form the AmphibiMega organising committee and solve some of their problems. You do not need to go to the given location to run this Wherigo - in fact you would get very wet if you did. You just need an open space with about 30m (100 feet) in all directions around the point where you start the cartridge.
I have rated this as Terrain 1.5, because the cache itself is located just off a path in a position that would be difficult to reach from a wheelchair. However, as you can choose the terrain for the rest of the cartridge it should be possible for a wheelchair user, who should also be able to get close to the cache.

The cache, a custom container, is not at the given coordinates. To find the location of the cache you will need to undertake the Wherigo, which should only take about 15-20 minutes.

Frogs - II - for Android/iphone - having played the game you can either note the coordinates and hint, and search for the cache using your normal caching software, or save the cartridge until you are in the area and then find the cache using Wherigo. Should you wish to log the cache on the Wherigo site you will need to use the latter route and trigger the cache zone of the cartridge to get a completion code.
Frogs - II - for Garmin - having played the game you must note the coordinates and hint, and search for the cache using your normal caching software. You will receive a completion code for the Wherigo site when the cache location is revealed.
Unfortunately neither cartridge seems to work on a Windows phone.

It has taken some effort getting this cartridge to run correctly on different devices as a Play Anywhere, but I hope that it will work well on all of them (except Windows) now. If you have problems running the cartridge please let me know through my profile.
