This cache was placed on February 1st, exactly 14 years after the Columbia Space Shuttle exploded on re-entry killing everyone on-board, including the first and only Israeli Astronaut, Ilan Ramon. This cache celebrates the achievements of Israel in the space industry and to find it you'll have to do the work of a satellite image analyst and identify the location of the cache using an aerial photo.
The Israeli Space Week is an annual program that is held to commemorate the legacy of Ilan Ramon. It is celebrated each year in the end of January, roughly in the same dates as the flight took place. The main event is the Ilan Ramon Space conference to which many astronauts and high ranking executives from space agencies world wide arrive. In recent years, the events became more spread along the country and focus on STEM education and inspiring the younger generation.
Although small, Israel is one of the leading nations in the space world, and one of only a dozen that can build and launch a satellite to orbit by itself - including the rocket! The Israeli Aerospace Industry has built and launched almost 20 satellites already, among them the AMOS series of communication satellites and the Ofeq series of Earth observation satellites. To find the cache you will have to do the work of one of Ofeq's image analysts and deduce the location of the cache from a photo (not taken by Ofeq, unfortunately :) ).

The aerial map will guide you to a park. Once you on site, head to the south-eastern corner of the park and use the spoiler picture to get the exact location. See the hint for some tips on how to find the park.
Cache starts off with many space swag!
