Container is not at posted coordinates. Use those for parking at Herr Park which is also near the Penn Manor School District offices. The coordinates for the container are in the puzzle. Park is open dawn to dusk only.

Added March 2018: People are using bizarre solution approaches with what they manage to find online. You might as well use my list of 7-queen solutions (see image gallery). Understanding the notation helps, so reading the assignment (also in image gallery) may or may not be helpful.
