zigdavid: After the last DNF I started checking what is being built in the cache area.
So apparently building new sports fields on the cache, I found the building permit for the fields.
This is one of my first caches I hid when I lived in Haifa, the location was nice the hiding less. The view from the cache has always been amazing.
During the 5 years that the cache existed, only 9 people found it. Which is really hurtful relative to being in a central city and accessible location.
4 players did not find him.
Since the cache is probably gone and there is no access to it I compile it.
