UPDATE 2005-09-02 DigitalExposure was kind
enough to replace the missing Copper tag. The cache is now
back to a one stage multi.
Location:
The co-ordinates above are for a hidden copper tag somewhere on
the rustry bridge. Please travel with care as this cache
location is near a creek which will be of varying levels and
current strength depending on the season. The cache is
placed in a location high above the creek that one does not have to
go close to the water to find it.
Of Interest:
There is a giant metal tube underneath the bridge which is very
tempting to investigate, but should be attempted with care as the
two paths to it are very steep mounds of rubble. A fall could be
nasty and wet here. There are some hanging metal cables to watch
out for. You can walk inside the tube, and you can also stand on a
flat section on top of the tube underneath the bridge. Very cool!
And perhaps the best thing about this cache. VERY LITTLE MOSQUITO
ACTIVITY!
New Point of Entry The old gate entrance behind the
"Color Your World" store off Blair road now has a lock on it. Park
at N45 25.237 W075 35.516 and take a farm access road up. You will
see a gate with pedestrian access which leads to the bridge from
the other side.
