I have been planning to have my first cache in Dublin for a long time now. In my head I have had so many plans for amazing hides and yet, somehow, none of them worked out. So I decided to start small.
In the meantime, due to serious plumbing issues in my previous house resulting in a flood in my bedroom, I was forced to seek a new haven in Dublin's fair city, which I quickly found - but unlike the last one, it is north of the river. This cache is meant to commemorate this move as well as welcome all visitors to my new neighbourhood.
The cache is a simple magnetic hide. I may consider upgrading it to something more ambitious in the future.
Careful: since the cache has been put in place, its immediate surroundings have become a popular destination for the kind kind of muggles an average geocacher wants to stay away from. I am considering moving the container slightly, but while it is where it is, if something at the coordinates is making you feel unsafe please don't make the find your priority.
