Very little information can be found about the origin of the three legs in white stone found above the bowling green, except the headlands were landscaped about 1933/34 under the orders of the Chairman of Peel Town Commissioners Walter Jenkinson, so I presume it was done at his request.
The cache can be found near the three legs overlooking the bowling green. Take care when retrieving as it is in a popular muggle area, particularly in Summer. Parking is available on the promenade, in the Creg Malin car park or on Walpole Rd, then just a short walk from there
