JUST A NICE VIEW
During a visit to the Bo Kaap, I discovered a road that is (in my opinion) not so well known. Military road will lead you to the military base LION BATTERY. This is where the noon day gun is fired every day. If you come just before noon, you might as well drive up and experience this first hand. The cache location also have a nice view of Cape town with Bo Kaap in the foreground and Table mountain in the background. There is a small parking area a few meters before the cache location. Happy caching
