Dennis Lehane’s first few books featured the Boston detective team of Patrick Kenzie and Angela Gennaro. He’s written several others, and among his better known titles are Gone Baby Gone, Mystic River and Shutter Island.
There’s a pop music trail further south along the floodway, so I instead went with a popular fiction theme, primarily suspense/thrillers.
