This is a two stage multi. Start at the posted coordinates, but there is nothing to find there. Do a simple projection using information you find at the posted coordinates. The final is a short distance away.

Take the total number of windows on the rear (south) side of the building only and call that A.

The cache you seek is found at this projection from the posted coordinates:

(246 * A) feet at a bearing of (283 * A) degrees
