To find the cache you are looking for a sun. I know during some times of the year that can seem tricky here. Never fear this sun is always there day and night and you'll know what it is when you get to the posted coordinates.
To log this cache:
Take a picture of the Sun with either yourself (aka a selfie) or if you don't want to be in the picture, something with your geocaching name clearly visible on it. Be as creative as you'd like but the sun on the building must be in your picture. NO Pictures from your car. You have to stop and get out. Post your picture in your Found it log. There is no need to message me, or send it to me, just include it as part of your log for finding the cache.
