One of my favourite "secrets" in the city. A public right of way runs all the way along the river front, over the sheds on the front of Albert Dock. This footpath can be accessed from a signposted gap in the metal fence at the bottom of Manor House Street, or alternatively from St Andrew's Quay.
Great panoramic views across the Humber as well as a bird's eye view of the working dock.
Please stick to the marked footpath whilst on the dock (unless you want to attract the unwanted attention of security) and keep a tight hold of children, especially on the lock gates crossing the dock. My advice would be to use the outer lock gates (to the left) as they are wider and safer.
