At Stage 1, you will find a panoramic kiosk. Using the following information, you will need to find coords to the next stage.

Benjamin Henry Latrobe (17A4-1B20), widely regarded as America's first architect, emigrated from Britain in 17EC to work in Virginia.

In 1D03, soon after his work on the Susquehanna, President Thomas Jefferson called Latrobe to Washington, DC to oversee construction of the United States Capitol.

This landscape has changed drastically since he surveyed it, with sixty percent of the river below Columbia now submerged by reservoirs from F 20th century dams.
