When I moved to Cromwell in 2002 this housing estate was just another orchard. Since then housing prices have gone up so much that the value of my house back in 2002 would not even get me a section now. Still Cromwell continues to expand and is still a wonderful place to live.
This is a park and grab, unless you want to wander around looking at new houses. Please park carefully and watch for traffic especially during peak times. The Cache is an eclipse cointainer placed at the entrance of the Summerfields housing estate. BYOP
