This cache is located in Lake Johnson Park, which is on the south side of Raleigh.

To reach the cache by boat, park at the boat house off of Avent Ferry Road. Rent a canoe and start paddling. If you are brave, you can rent a paddleboat, but be aware of the fact that the paddleboats draw a lot of water. The lake is very shallow in some places. Trust me :)
By foot...well, its just too darned easy by foot. Find it on your own! :)
