Geocache Description:

This cache is located near Dam 4 on the West Virginia side of the Potomac River.

The cache is a large green ammo box hidden on a hill overlooking and dam and power plant. The true test in finding this cache is finding the road to the area. You may need a good map to find this cache. Just a note: I understand that the NCTC has been using this cache as a training tool. If you are part of a NCTC pleas log your find online. I think it is great that my cache is being used in such a way.
