TK005: Město Kunovice - 1. keš s rozšířenou realitou v zemích českých
Keš vás povede po památkách a významných místech města Kunovice. Toto město, čítající více než 5 tis. obyvatel, tvoří společně s Uherským Hradištěm a Starým Městem aglomeraci s téměř 40 tisíci obyvateli. První písemní zmínka pochází z konce 12. století, ovšem historie města sahá do doby kamenné, o čemž svědčí řada archeologických nálezů. Nejen těmito památkami, ale i zajímavostmi Kunovic vás provede tato netradiční keš, věnovaná tzv. rozšířené realitě (angl. augmented reality). Uherskohradišťsku a okolí jsou potom věnovány další ze série technologicky orientovaných keší.
Kunovice jsou prvním městem, pro které byly do rozšířené reality převedeny památky a zajímavá místa ve formě turistického průvodce. A jak rozšířená realita v cestovním ruchu nejčastěji funguje? Tu si můžeme představit jako propojení materiálního a virtuálního světa. Zatímco se pohybujete ve fyzickém (reálném) prostředí, tak se k vám skrze mobilní telefon dostávají informace z kyberprostoru. Potřebujete k tomu pouze mobilní telefonní přístroj (smartphone, tablet) s fotoaparátem, GPS/GLONASS/Galileo čipem pro určení polohy a připojení k internetu. Potom už jen chodíte, díváte se přes svůj telefon na objekty zájmu a tyto skrze virtuální svět poznáváte.

Ke keši
V pořadí pátá v sérii technologicky orientovaných keší (TK), u nichž k odlovu potřebujete využít některou z moderních technologií. Je přístupná všem registrovaným uživatelům hry Geocaching a její doménou je rozšířená (augmentovaná) realita. Proto, abyste se ke keši dostali, je potřeba se do rozšířené reality na území Kunovic ponořit.
Začnete tak, že si do svého mobilního přístroje stáhnete některou z aplikací, která podporuje vrstvy/světy rozšířené reality v tzv. "AR" formátu. Otestovány jsou aplikace Layar (doporučujeme), Mixare a Wikitude (v současné době dočasně nefunkční - nedoporučujeme používat), které lze stáhnout zdarma pro OS Android [Layar / Mixare / Wikitude], iOS [Layar / Mixare / Wikitude] nebo Windows [Wikitude]. Po instalaci vyhledejte v menu programu vrstvu "Kunovice AR" (Layar) nebo vložte tuto adresu (Mixare). Pak už se vydejte po zajímavých místech v Kunovicích s "mobilem v ruce online".

U každého objektu dostanete porci informací, z nichž některé objekty mají na konci svého popisu uvedenu v závorce číslici a písmeno (např. (14E)). Číslice znamená pořadí písmene za ní. Dohromady pak poskládají dvouslovné heslo nutné k vydání truhličky s pokladem. Tu najdete na úvodních souřadnicích Městského informačního centra Kunovice, kterou po sdělení hesla předají pracovnice/pracovníci infocentra v době jeho otvírací doby, která je aktuálně PO - ČT 7:30 – 17:00, PÁ 7:30 – 15:00. Pro každého nálezce (na jeden GC nick) je k dispozici unikátní CWG, které je dostupné pouze v této keši a není určeno k další výměně. Vše ostatní směnit lze. Prosím, respektujte otvírací dobu Městského informačního centra Kunovice.
Technická poznámka: V současné době je v provozu pouze aplikace Locus s rozšířením AR. Pro rozklíčování souboru je třeba si stáhnout tento soubor. K heslu se však můžete dostat i pouhým prozkoumáním daného souboru, bez nutnosti použití aplikace (i když je to v terénu mnohem zábavnější).

TK005: The city of Kunovice - 1st augmented reality cache in Czechia
The cache will guide you via the well-known places within the city of Kunovice. This city has over 5 thousands inhabitants and together with the city of Uherské Hradiště and Staré Město has more than 40 thousands inhabitants in its agglomeration. The first written mention comes from the end of the 12th century, but the history of the town dates back to the Stone Age, as evidenced by a number of archaeological finds. Not only these monuments, but also other attractions will guide you through this unusual cache, related to augmented reality.
Kunovice is the first city where the sights and interesting places in the form of a tourist guide have been transferred to the augmented reality. And how does the augmented reality in tourism most often work? Here we can imagine the interconnection of the material and virtual worlds. As you move in a physical environment, you get information from cyberspace through your mobile phone. You need only a mobile phone (smartphone, tablet) with a camera, a GPS / GLONASS / Galileo positioning chip and an Internet connection. Then just walk, look through your phone to objects of interest, and you can see what other information through the virtual world you could get.

To cache
The fifth technology-based cache where you will have to use one of the modern and innovation technologies. It is available to all registered Geocaching users and its domain is augmented reality. Thus, you should get into the augmented reality in the Kunovice city.
Start with installing compatible application supporting augmented reality worlds in "AR" format. Tested and well working apps are Layar (recommended), Mixare and Wikitude (does not work at this time), which could be freely downloaded for OS Android [Layar / Mixare / Wikitude], iOS [Layar / Mixare / Wikitude] and Windows [Wikitude]. After the successful installation look for the "Kunovice AR" (Layar) or insert this address (Mixare). Then just go for the interesting places in Kunovice with "smartphone in your hand".

In front of the each object you will get some information. Some objects tell you the letter and number in brackets (e.g. (14E)). Numbers means the order of the letter behind it. Put them together to get the two-letter password needed to get the treasure chest. In the published coordinates you can find the initial coordinates of the Kunovice Municipal Information Center, where you can get the treasure from the employees of the infocentre if you know the password during the opening hours. For everyone who find the cache (for one GC nick) there is a unique wooden geocoin, which is available only in this cache and is not for exchange. Please, respect the opening hours of Municipal Information Center Kunovice.
Technical note: Currently only the Locus app with AR extension is in use. To solve the puzzle, you need to download this file. However, you can also get to the password just by examining the file, without using the app (although it's much more fun in the field).
