This building used to be the original location for Jackson's first radio station. People happily listened to the AM station in the early 1930s, and Carl Perkins performed here in the late 1940s both solo and as part of the Tennessee Ramblers. The radion station moved to another location, but the neon lights can still be seen at night and the property is still used by the Boy Scouts and Optimist Club.
I didn't make this too hard to find because Perry Switch is a busy road. No need to rummage through anything. BYOP.
Congrats to jackthebear for FTF!!
