Rules for this puzzle: No intentional red herrings, no oddball (fishiness) methods of presenting coordinates (UTM, for example, or also having coordinates read backwards), and no leaving off the N32 and W97 just to make it more difficult. There may be more than one layer on this puzzle. Collaboration is allowed and you may ask me for hints after there has been a FTF.
This is the thirteenth, of hopefully many, new puzzle/mystery caches in the SW FW area. I am going make my best effort to make these new puzzles original; however, it is inevitable I will duplicate an existing idea - that being said, it will be purely unintentional. I'm sure Geocaching's new generation of puzzle solvers is up to the challenge.
Now for the puzzle...
I've been working my way through Dmitri32065's Code Book series and it has been quite the challenge. I hope he doesn't mind my extending it a few extra caches. Just like his, you can expect more than one layer.
