Gate-1’den başlayarak işaretli alanların içinden sırayla geçerek görmenizi istediğim bu sokakları keşfedebilirsiniz. Sokaklar üzerinde onlarca kafe ve restoran bulunmakta. Wherigo’ya ara verip buralarda dinlenebilir, sonrasında kaldığınız yerden devam edebilirsiniz. Sokakların keyfini çıkartabilmeniz için bu Wherigo’da süre kısıtlaması yoktur.
Yürüyeceğiniz rota toplamda 1.1 km uzunluğundadır.
İşaretlenmiş alanları sırasıyla gezmeniz gerekmektedir. Sıradaki alana girmeden bir diğer alan aktive olmamaktadır. (Yani kestirme yol yok) Son aşamaya geldiğinizde spoiler foto ve ipucu uygulamaya otomatik olarak yüklenecektir.

Yeldeğirmeni Hakkında
Yeldeğirmeni, üzerinde yüzlerce yıldır yerleşim olan ve birçok kez değişim geçirmiş İstanbul'un gerçek anlamda otantik bir mahallesidir. Bugün, farklı dönemlerin izlerini görmek hala mümkündür.
Yeldeğirmeni, Kadıköy ilçesinde, Haydarpaşa ile Halitağa Caddesi arasında yer almaktadır. Kadıköy rıhtımına en fazla on dakika, Altıyol Meydanına ise (Boğa) beş dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Yeldeğirmeni mahallesi kültürel miras ve tarihi kentsel alan olarak belirlenmiştir.
Bu geleneksel mahalle, 15. yüzyıldan beri Ermeniler, Yahudiler ve Rumlar gibi farklı etnik gruplara ev sahipliği yapmaktadır ve bu kişilerin bir kısmı hala orada kalmaktadır. Bugün, bu farklı kültürlerin izlerini binalarda görmekhalen daha mümkündür. Mahallede bir sinagog, bir kilise ve bir cami var. Yeldeğirmeni, Kadıköy'deki apartmanların bulunduğu ilk mahalle olarak da bilinir.
Bu wherigo sayesinde Yeldeğirmeni mahallesini keşfedebilir ve bu keşif sırasında Ayios Yeorgios kilisesi, Eglise Notre Dame du Rosaire, Valpreda İtalyan Apartmanı vb tarihi yapıları keşfetme fırsatınız olacak.

Starting from Gate-1, you can explore these streets which I would like you to see, walking through the marked areas in the right order. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants on the streets. You can take a break from Wherigo and relax here, then you can continue where you left off. There is no time limit for this Wherigo so you can enjoy the streets.
The total length of the route is 1.1 km.
You need to walk through the marked areas in order. Areas are activated in order. When you enter the first area, the second will be activated, and so on (So there is no shortcut). Then you get to the last step, the spoiler photo and hint will be automatically downloaded to the application.

About Yeldeğirmeni
Yel değirmeni means 'windmill' in Turkish.
Yeldeğirmeni is a truly authentic neighborhood of Istanbul, which has been settled for hundreds of years, over which there has, of course, been a lot of evolution. Today it is still possible to see the traces of different periods, yet with the great aggregation of cultures and its recent popularity, the neighborhood is developing a more composite identity.
Yeldeğirmeni is located in the Kadıköy district, between Haydarpaşa and Halitağa Street. It is a maximum of ten minutes walk from Kadıköy dock and five minutes from Altıyol Square (Boğa). The area is specified as a cultural heritage and urban site.
This traditional neighborhood has hosted different ethnicities such as Armenians, Jews, and Greeks since the 15th century, a few of whom still reside there. Today, it is possible to see the traces of these different cultures on the buildings. There is a synagogue, a church, and a mosque alongside one another. Small details on these buildings and streets tell the many stories of its past. Yeldeğirmeni is also known as the first neighborhood in Kadıköy to have apartment blocks.
