This is a challenge cache, so the cache is really at the posted coordinates but you need to fulfil certain criteria in order to be allowed to log it.
Filling the D/T grid (the "fizzy grid") is a common challenge (see GC6JF4Y for an example) and that is the general idea here as well, but with a twist. For this cache, only the weird cache types count. In this context, that means only caches that are not Traditional caches, Multi-caches or Unknown caches count. Since that is somewhat difficult, you only need to fill more than half of the D/T grid in this way in order to qualify (i.e. have at least 41 boxes of the grid filled).
