007's "Dead Drop" Traditional Cache

Rumor has it that Bond may be leaving Putnam County soon.  He's starting to search for a new place, and was seen passing through this area.  Someone thought they saw him collecting a secret message from a "dead drop" location near these coordinates.  Someone with the skills and experience will need to verify this important rumor.

First you'll need to find the location, then figure out WHERE the secret container is hidden, and THEN figure out how to open it to retrieve any useful papers inside.  Great stealth will be required, perhaps a tool or two, some patience, and caution.  Please be gentle with the container;  it's fragile and improper opening techniques could set off a self-destruct device that would incinerate the contents.  This could be tricky to find, but easy enough to open that even an agent from Spectre could do it!
