As a long-time resident of this area, I was none too happy to learn what was coming to our quickly growing small community.  So I've decided to fight fire with fire, and send the legions of geocacher's to invade the land!

This is the companion to Payback #1 as it's purpose is the same!

Standard hide, no frills here.  You really don't need the hint if your GPS works.
