Arriving at the starting coordinates, you are standing on a small square with a fountain, looking at the imposing building of the Central Statistical Office across from you. This institution, formed in 1871, moved into the beautifully designed building after its completion in 1897.
The little square is bordered by streets named after three prominent statisticians, László Buday, Károly Keleti and Elek Fényes. Of those three, two have memorial plaques placed near here, you can see them from the square, at either side of a large, arched brown door. Find these two plaques and use one of the simplest calculations in statistics to find the average of their ages at the time of their deaths. This will be your number 'S' in the equation below, where NNN corresponds to the last three digits of your northern coordinates, and EEE to the eastern:
