This geocache is located at my favorite ski run at Bear Mountain. Bear is home to mostly snowboarders but there are still plenty of skiers here. I'm a ski instructor for the adaptive program here at Bear and every day that I teach, I ski this run on my lunch break for fun. Locals and old-timers know this run as Silver Mountain. The cache is located almost completely out of the view of muggles from the chair lift. It can be accessed in the off-season, as well, if you're up for a good hike.
