You Got Game? - #10 Risk Mystery Cache

This series of caches is dedicated to the old board games many of us played as kids. Before the days of Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox these types of games were the rage. Almost every family had a games closet where they stored all their favorites. 

There are a variety of puzzles in this series that I hope are not too difficult for the average cacher to solve. Look for clues along the way – some of the logsheets will contain codes to help you find the final two bonus caches.

Risk – it's all about World Domination!

If I control all the countries in Africa, multiply the number of additional armies I get at the start of a turn by 127 and add that to the posted N Coordinate.

If I control all the countries in Asia, multiply the number of additional armies I get at the start of a turn by 31 and add that to the posted W Coordinate.
