Monthly events hosted by the West LA Geocachers are back (again)!
Sorry we had to skip February-life just had to take priority.

The day after this event is National Make You Own Holiday BUT our schedules didn't work out so we're meeting on March 25th! Join us from 8:30-9:30 AM at Tanner's Coffee Co. in Culver City for a cup of (Tropical) Joe and to toast to your own (geocaching) holiday. Caching after the event is encouraged.

Make Your Own Holiday Day allows you to make today a special day for anything you want. The objective of today, is to allow one day for any topic or event that has otherwise escaped recognition... up to now. It's not easy, and it's even more difficult to create a truely national day. Today, is your day to skip all of the red tape, bypass all of the effort, and create a special day of any kind. Simply declare your special day on Make Your Own Holiday Day!

WEATHER PERMITTING: After the event, we invite you to join us for a hike at Getty View Park. Free street parking can be found along Casiano Road (carpooling from the event is encouraged). It is an in and out trail with the turnaround point at GC6VKT2, and should take about 3 hours to complete a little over 3 miles (includes stops for caches, rest stops & some higher terrain areas).
