A resourceful astromech droid, R2-D2 served Padmé Amidala, Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker in turn, showing great bravery in rescuing his masters and their friends from many perils. A skilled starship mechanic and fighter pilot's assistant, he formed an unlikely but enduring friendship with the fussy protocol droid C-3PO.
This cache is 1 in a series where you will collect codes in the caches and plug them into a formula to find a final bonus cache. It is not mandatory that you find all of them.....unless you want to log the BONUS!

This cache is hidden in The Vern R. Campbell Park. Hours are dawn to dusk. The trails can be overgrown at times and there is a bridge along the way that you might want to navigate carefully. At the time of placement, there was a porta potty on location, but no guarantees that it will be there durning the winter months. Hunting is not permitted at the park, but be aware of your surroundings in the woods during hunting season everywhere you go. Please be respectful of the Remote control flying club and their field./p>
Remember, this is the woods....If you are intending to hunt for the caches or explore the trails, please come prepared with boots/old shoes (not sandals or flip-flops), long pants, and insect repellent. This time of year in the woods of South Eastern Michigan there is poison ivy, ticks and mosquitoes a plenty! Due to the changing seasons in Michigan, the D/T may vary at different times of the year.
You must physically sign the log to claim the find so, BRING YOUR OWN PEN.Failure to do so may result in the deletion of your log. We do check occasionally. The cache started with a pen and SWAG but, no guarantees that it will be there! If you take something.....leave something. Please trade fairly! Lastly, you may encounter water/mud while hunting this cache!
