The CARL9 RELAX event is at the posted coordinates. Meet your fellow cachers for refueling, story-telling and prize distribution. We have a picnic shelter, large grassed area and a building in case of rain (does it rain in Lethbridge??). Bring your own lawn chairs and a picnic supper for your family. This is a family gathering, so no alcohol please.
Please post a 'Will attend' and indicate the number of people attending.
RECOGNITION/PRIZES: After super, we will celebrate our successes and share our troubles and some prizes will be awarded. We would appreciate the donation of additional prizes for the event. Please let us know if you have anything to donate.
PARTICIPATION: You are welcome to log the event as 'Attended' only if you attend the RELAX
LASTING EFFECT: New friendships, new caches in the Lethbridge area & new ideas for caches.
What happens before the RELAX event?
If you would like to support the event by hiding one or more caches for CARL9, submit them for approval between now and Thursday, June 1st. For more information or details about the weekend, please send an email to EO-LETH

Name the cache CARL9 (written without any spaces or dashes) at the start of the name (e.g. CARL9 I See You) and hide the cache within 40km of the posted coordinates.
As with all caches, they must be in place at the time they are submitted for final review.
In the "short description" mention the cache should not be located prior to 6pm Friday June 16 to be counted in the RELAX totals.
Notes to the cache reviewer should state that the cache is placed for the CARL9 event and should be published the evening of Thursday, June 15th.
Thur June 15: The CARL9 caches are published.
Fri June 16: 6pm to Saturday June 17, 6pm: Find as many or as few CARL9 caches as you want:
